About Us
our philosophy is to provide and inclusive individual care programme which promotes optimal independence, physical and mental health, within the home environment and in conjunction with other relevant agencies, by dedicated, enthusiastic, qualified carers.
The aim of our service is:
To provide innovative home care and support to people within our community who are limited in their ability through ill health and frailty, whilst up holding the principles of traditional community values.

Our objectives are:
- To provide care and support on a individual basis within the person’s own home at a level and pace specific to the person’s individual needs and abilities
- To provide a flexible service fully responsive to individual needs at times when the service is required, for as long as the individual the service per each visit and over the long term
- To provide regular, planned support by care staff trained to the highest levels with upholds the care plan and supports the individuals legal and human rights
- To monitor the quality of our service by regular, inclusive service reviews, transparent working processes and input from outside agencies to ensure that we are always fit for our purpose and meeting our aims and objectives
- To provide a person centred service within which the service user always comes first
- To employ a quality workforce. Our standards are based on national occupational standards and all employees are regularly monitored to ensure they are delivering a quality service.
