We are a training enterprise and management consultancy with a team who have decades of experience in the industry. We’ve worked with clients in a variety of sectors, as well as small businesses and charitable organisations.

Shores believe that learning does not just happen on training courses; it is an ongoing process. We aim to support that process by providing bespoke learning solutions.

We work with our clients to discover their real learning requirements, we then build the solution. Shores also make sure that each solution is evaluated, so standards of quality are always maintained.
Here at Shores our training services extend beyond the training course. We believe that learning is a continual process and work hard to encourage a learning culture in everything we do. As part of our commitment to providing quality solutions, we perform an upfront training needs analysis so we can design the solution that fits your exact needs.

Another of our beliefs is that training or learning should always be followed up with evaluation. This means we also provide evaluation and assessment services for both those who have completed the training and those who have commissioned it .

Quality Policy

It shall be the absolute policy of Shores TEAM Limited to provide services, which fully, and consistently, meet the requirements of our customers.
The policy shall be achieved by maintaining quality awareness across the Company and a specific requirement for each person to be responsible for the quality of their own output. Everyone shall carry out his or her work at all times to the required standard of workmanship in order to prevent non-conformity.
Our driving ambition is to get it right, first time and every time.

We recognise the demanding requirements of our customers and hence it shall be our objective to comply with their needs at all times.

Our Quality Policy shall be developed and operated through the Quality Management System under the direct control of the Managing Director and Quality Assurance Manager.

The operational requirements of this system shall be mandatory and no deviations or alterations to the requirements shall be permitted.
